1. Acceptance of Terms

This agreement is a complete contract between you and the Twin Cats app. By using this app, you agree to our terms of use, privacy policy, and the rules governing use of the platform. If you do not agree, you must not use our app.

Twin Cats is operated by Twin Cats for E-Marketing, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh and registered with the Ministry of Commerce under commercial register number 1010816446.

1.1.4 Changes to the Agreement

Twin Cats for E-Marketing may amend this agreement from time to time. Changes take effect after the updated agreement or revised policies are published on this site or through the service.

2. Access and Use Restrictions

2.1 Accuracy of Information

We do not warrant that information available on this app will always be fully accurate or complete.

2.2 App Updates

We may update the app from time to time and change its content at any time. We may suspend or close access when necessary.

2.5 Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree not to:

• Use or browse the app in any way that violates applicable laws in Saudi Arabia
• Access or use the app in an unlawful or fraudulent manner
• Deliberately use software or tools to interfere with app operation
• Gain unauthorized access or damage any part of the app
• Attack the app through denial-of-service attacks

3. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property in materials published on the app, including its design and layout, are owned by us and/or our licensors. No ownership rights are granted under these terms.

4. Fees and Payments

As a Twin Cats user, you agree to pay any amounts due for services provided to you and/or for your use of and access to the app.

• Fees include applicable taxes where required by law
• Paid fees are final and non-refundable
• All app usage fees are due immediately

6. Cancellation Policy

You may not cancel an order after subscription confirmation by the app, and you may not fail to deliver a subscribed service without providing reasonable justification to the app.

7. Term and Termination

The contract between you and Twin Cats remains valid for three (3) years. The company may terminate the contract immediately if you breach any user terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The courts of Riyadh have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims arising from or related to use of the app.
